Metal 3D Printing Equipment

The Platinum S210 device is a laser selective melting forming equipment designed for metal 3D forming printing. It is equipped with a precise optical system, control system, motion forming system, and atmosphere protection system.

Multi-Functional WeldingTechnology Center (WeldingEquipment)

This versatile welding equipment integrates plasma welding and argon arc welding. The welding process takes place within a vacuum-filled argon box. The dual workstations allow separate operations for clamping plasma welding samples and manual argon arc welding.

Annealing Furnace Equipment

This furnace is mainly used for annealing tough-to-melt metals and alloys. Additionally, it functions as a flexible vacuum resistance furnace, suitable for various processes like vacuum degassing, drying, and welding. It achieves a polished, clean, and oxide-free surface on treated parts. With a wide range of applications, it can successfully handle processes like dissimilar metal welding and heat treatment that might be challenging under normal atmospheric conditions.

Micro-Arc OxidationEquipment

Micro-arc oxidation treatment is a surface treatment process that evolved from the anodization of light alloys. It forms a protective layer composed of ceramics on the surface of light alloys, offering advantages such as high surface hardness, thickening of the reinforced layer, and outstanding protective effects. After micro-arc oxidation treatment, the surface hardness of titanium alloy can be increased from around 300 HV to over 800 HV. We have mastered several key technologies, including “Deep Cavity/Ring-assisted Cathode Micro-arc Oxidation Technology” and “Micro-arc Oxidation Multilayer Film Gradient Construction Technology.”

High-Purity MeltingTechnology Center (ElectronBeam Equipment)

With the support of advanced electron beam equipment, we can achieve high-purity refinement of materials. Currently, purification processes have been developed for materials such as titanium, nickel, and niobium, achieving purities of over 99.999%.
